Honda Jazz

The Honda theme for the show was 'The Power of Dreams'. Here they display a beautiful S car called the Jazz. Contemporary form language with smooth tall sheer surfaces and sharp creases. A very contemporary small car package, the architecture is composed of the classic long wheelbase and short overhangs. It sits Iow to the road and looks solid and strong. The rocker panel has an aero look that is integrated into the front and rear fascia.

The front features headlamps with highly detailed parabolas, the expected Honda grille opening with a beautifully executed emblem. The back of the car has large lamps with clear lenses that intersect the hatch cut lines.

The interior is very much the expect high level of execution from Honda with folding seats that go forward resulting in a flat floor. The luggage cover is very high, the location the result of the rising belt and quarter window. The instrument panel is highly detailed with good storage and ergonomics and the interior has a luxurious look for this market segment. Large "A" shaped headrests and bright silver metallic accents are throughout.

The seats have multiple adjustment and are covered in fabric with a high tech woven pattern. The car is shown in a number of soft colors that give it a fresh, light and friendly look.

At 3.8 m in length, the 5 door Jazz with its monoform styling falls at the upper end of the B-segment, yet features such as a unique centrally mounted fuel tank ensure a roomy interior more like that of a C-segment contender. As well as comfortable accommodation for up to five occupants, Jazz also offers a highly flexibile rear seat design.
