Mazda MX Sport Runabout
This concept vehicle shows Mazda's brand DNA and design philosophy in small car form. It is instantly recognizable as a Mazda from the "family face" with its five-point grill face and distinctive light cluster, which echoes that of the Mazda 6.
The designers graphically emphasized the cabin area while maintaining the Mazda surface language. Short overhangs and large-diameter wheels positioned well into the corners of the body, help the MX Sport Runabout convey a clear sense of stability.
Mazda Head of Design, Moray Callum explained. "MX Sport Runabout gives the occupants an atmosphere where they can literally 'feel at home'. Using architectural design principles, the interior emphasizes the efficient use of space, at the same time expressing comfort and an inviting atmosphere. This is achieved through a careful balance of form, materials, textures and colors."

Smart Crossblade
A year after presentation as a show car, the Smart Crossblade was shown as a production car. A maximum of 2,000 of the open two-seater will be available from June 2002. The Crossblade will be made in single-part production, and will be numbered consecutively in order to emphasise their exclusiveness.
The unconventional vehicle has neither a roof, doors, nor a conventional windscreen and gives the feeling of riding a motorcycle on four wheels. A sturdy roll bar signals a high safety awareness. Instead of conventional doors, the smart crossblade is equipped with steel safety bars at passenger shoulder height, which swing upwards with the help of a gas-operated strut.
A single-piece plastic tray lines the floor of the interior and four water drainage channels ensure that water is conducted to the outside after a cloudburst.

Skoda Tudor
The Skoda Tudor concept is a classic, four-seat coupe derived from Skodas largest model , the Skoda Superb.
The wedge-shaped contour of the body is emphasised by two ascending lines, one running into the upswept window line, and the lower line running from the door handles towards the pronounced rear fenders. The rear features large and distinctive lamps that echo themes from the production models.
